1) Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes we do. On completion of the job yourself or the driver can call the office for your card to be processed. All processed payments will be given an authorization number and then the card details are then destroyed.
2) Can you dispose of unwanted stuff for me?
Quite often customers have a chest of drawers or some old furniture items they would like disposed of. We can take usable items and then recycle them or give them to a worthy cause but any rubbish will need to be disposed of and charged accordingly.
3) What if I need to cancel?
Please give us as much notice as possible as we understand that your situation may change at late notice. Any deposits on interstate trips will not be refunded as we may not be able to fill the allocated space kept for your removal but the truck will still need to depart.
4) Do you operate nationally?
Yes we do. Please call our office for a quote, We offer a weekly service to NSW, VIC and North Queensland and we run a backload service for anywhere in Australia.
5) Can you store stuff for me?
Yes have warehouse storage and container storage depending on what you would prefer. We can also take your goods to a storage facility of your choice.
6) What will fit?
Bayside Removals use large pantec vans and if needed a semi-trailer. So if you need to move it we can move it. We can easily take the belongings of one person, comfortably take the possessions of two people, and can move you and your family no matter what size.
7) Can you supply me with boxes and tape?

8) Do you service islands?
Bayside removals run regularly to the bay islands and we will arrange all barge bookings for you.
